Good to know before booking

What to confirm with Monasabat before paying a deposit, based on how event planners usually price and book in the UAE.

• Full planning, partial or day-of — in writing
• Named lead planner and on-the-day team size
• Commission or markup policy on suppliers
• Number of planning meetings and site visits included
• Deposit and cancellation terms

Typical lead time: Full planning works best with 6–12 months; day-of coordinators can be booked 4–6 weeks before the event.
