Event planners in the UAE

How to choose

Choosing between event planners in the UAE

• Ask which suppliers they actually work with and whether they take commissions — it changes the advice you get.
• Look for events of your size and type in their portfolio, not only luxury showcases.
• Confirm one named lead planner and who covers them if they are ill.
• Get the scope in writing: meetings included, supplier management, on-the-day team size.

When to book

Full planning works best with 6–12 months; day-of coordinators can be booked 4–6 weeks before the event.
